BIM TOPiCS Framework

Goal

The BIM TOPiCS Lab focuses on understanding and improving best practices for the digital delivery of sustainable building projects through effective and collaborative use of building information modeling (BIM) and related tools and processes.

Approach

We investigate Building Information Modeling (BIM) from the perspectives of Technology, Organization and Process (the three primary dimensions) in Context (industry, region, culture, etc.) and across stages (adoption always occurs in stages).
